The Calcutta Rescue team consists of 150 Indian nationals, many of whom have over ten years of experience with the organisation.

Some 5 to 15 foreign volunteers are a value added resource. Normally staying for six months plus, the volunteers bring new ideas, advice, assistance and training, to ensure the services we offer our patients and pupils are as up to date as possible.
