Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Gozi Mohibor Rahaman (Dr. Bobby) has worked for Calcutta Rescue as a Doctor since 1991, beginning as a Medical Officer at one of the CR out-patient Clinics.  He holds a Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery from the Calcutta National Medical College and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (London).

Deputy Chief Executive - Medical

Dr. Alakanada Ghosh (Dutta) holds a Bachelors in Medicine and Bachelors in Surgery from Calcutta National Medical College as well as a Diploma in Child Health.  She served an Internship in the Pediatrics Medicine Department, Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital.  She began as a Medical Officer at Calcutta Rescue in 1995.

Executive - Human Resources & Administration

Ajit Karar has been working with Calcutta Rescue since 1996, beginning as an accountant.  He holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Burdwan and Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Executive - Finance

Ruby Sen joined Calcutta Rescue in 2009. She has more than 14 years of experience in Finance and Accounts and has worked for both NGO's and the corporate sector. She is a graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University and has completed the Chartered Accountancy intermediate examination.
